June 26 - Friday, 5-8pm
Balloon launch watch party and barbecue at Heart of the Shepherd.
July 11 - Saturday, 11am-2pm
Family fun at Bishop Lake. 11am fishing, 1pm sand volleyball, or just come and swim!
July 31 - Friday, 7pm
Meet the church family at the Howell Courthouse lawn to enjoy Toppermost, a Beatles tribute band.
August 15 - Saturday, 11am
Join friends from Heart of the Shepherd to participate in the Howell Melon Fest community mural.
August 21 - Friday, 5:30-7:30pm
Summerfest! Join us for one of our favorite days of the year, a church-wide party with games, water, great food, and new friends!
Youth Events
Youth Events at Heart of the Shepherd connect young people to each other and to God’s Word. Unless otherwise noted, students entering 6th grade and older are invited to all of our summer youth events.
June 22-23, 9am-9pm each day.
Summer Service Days - Join us for two days of helping our community in service projects, and having lots of fun while we do it. Each day we’ll meet at church in the morning, and go into the community to serve with our hands and hearts. Lunch and dinner will be provided each day. After dinner, we’ll take some time to unwind, have a devotion, and pray together.
July 20-21 - Monday and Tuesday
Cedar Point! Join Pastor Sam for the annual youth trip to Cedar Point. Cost is $40 for participants who have their own season pass, $120 for those who will need tickets. Contact pastor: sam@heartoftheshepherd.church with questions.
August 22nd - Saturday
Join us for a trip down the Huron River, floating in tubes and enjoying the water! More info to follow.
